Internet
Issue: The
internet is not connected/ing on your laptop or computer
1) Check with another member in the
office if their internet is working to see if it is a localised issue with your
equipment
2) Assuming the internet is not
working for more than two members, please follow go through this checklist
a. Check your equipment is connected properly. If you are using wired internet, check the RG45 cable is connected to your computer properly and in the switch under your desk. Also, you'll need to check the switch is on (green lights flashing) and that it is connected in the walls or floor.
b. If the equipment is connected correctly and the problem still persists call our ISP.

Phone issues
First check the internet is up, as the phones use this for the first leg of the call. If the internet is fine, and there are still phone issues, please call The Brew/Fulcrum telecoms on 020 7770 6120. Over Christmas, support is available every day except Christmas day and Boxing day.

Electrical Emergencies
In the event of power outage, first check the fuses.
If all are OK, please contact the electricity distributor on the emergency contact number shown below, they will be able to let you know of any problems in the area and probable resolution time.

Gas Emergencies
If you smell gas, think
there is a gas leak or have any concerns regarding carbon monoxide,
immediately open all windows and doors and extinguish any naked flames
including cigarettes, then call the Gas Emergency Services free on 0800

If it is out of hours and you don't have your keys, unfortunately, you will have to contact another Brew member for access or wait until working hours and contact The Brew.

Last in the office and don't have keys
We all have a vested interest in the security of the property, so please don't just leave without locking up. In office hours, call The Brew team on 0207 770 6282, and in an emergency on 07557 401 748. Please do check you have your keys if you are late in the office and numbers are dwindling.
Fire
If you discover a fire, call the fire brigade immediately (999). Do not attempt to put out the fire yourself, exit the building as safely and quickly as possible. Please then contact The Brew team on 0207 770 6282 in working hours, and in an emergency on 07557 401 748.
